SprintAI Announces Partnership with Kuortane Olympic Training Center

Helsinki, FINLAND – SprintAI, a leading artificial intelligence platform focused on maximizing athlete performance, is excited to announce a partnership with the Kuortane Olympic Training Center, one of the world’s most forward-thinking sports performance centers based in Kuortane, Finland, to continue pushing the center and its customers in Finland and overseas into a new era of data-driven performance training and active lifestyles.

SprintAI's athlete performance platform takes all the data available from an athlete’s training program, testing results and from a fast-growing ecosystem of sensors and wearable technologies that monitor individual activity levels, sleep, and many other variables to give them and their coaches a holistic, real-time view of the athlete’s status. By analyzing this data using proprietary artificial intelligence algorithms, athletes and coaches at all levels training at Kuortane can identify new areas for improvement and optimize their training and performance.

"We are thrilled to publicly announce our collaboration with Kuortane and its dynamic organization," said Juha Tiihonen, Founder & CEO of Sprint AI. "Tapio Korjus, Jussi Töyrylä and the Kuortane staff are at the forefront of re-thinking how athletes and coaches at all levels can benefit from modern technology, and we are excited to be part of their journey. We see this collaboration with Kuortane as a key element of our goal of building the world’s smartest performance training platform."

SprintAI’s platform was developed in partnership with Kuortane and its staff over the past two years. Athletes in more than 10 sports disciplines at Kuortane have already used SprintAI to shift their training into the digital era and to help SprintAI refine its training toolkit.

"We believe that technology and artificial intelligence are the future of sports performance," said Tapio Korjus, Director of the Kuortane Olympic Training center and Olympic gold medalist in javelin at the 1988 Olympic Games. "With SprintAI’s innovative solution, we can provide our athletes with the new tools and insights they need to succeed at the highest levels of competition."

The Kuortane leadership also sees SprintAI playing an important role in positioning their campus for continued growth in the competitive landscape of delivering performance training services, whether in person at the Kuortane OTC or via digital channels.

“Collaborating with SprintAI ensures that the athletes and coaches we work with have access to industry-leading technology that will help them get the most out of their experience,” said Jussi Töyrylä, CEO of Kuortane Olympic Training Center. “Our mission is to become a global leader in delivering the best training experience to our partners no matter where they are based, and SprintAI will continue to assist us on this journey.”
